  Hey guys! My name is Brittany Barker (formally known as glamourbybritt to some) and welcome to my blog!

   I am a beauty/lifestyle blogger based out of Cleveland, Ohio and I am married to the most amazing husband and a dog mom to two adorable and loving pups.

    I am a licensed cosmetologist and traveling makeup artist that I have freelanced and worked for luxurious brands including Chanel, Giorgio Armani, Nars and Tom Ford with only working in the cosmetic industry professionally for a little over 4 years.  A little over two years ago I decided to face my fears and finally get the guts to start a Youtube channel and since then it has been growing and is great!

  Recently I have been itching to give my audience more of me and all that I have to offer because I felt as if I couldn't always create video content for some of the things I wanted to talk about due to lack of time.

    It has always been on my list in life to create a blog talking and sharing with people all of my hobbies and interests in beauty, skincare, hair and all things in my lifestyle and I just couldn't create that same vibe in my Youtube videos as I knew a blog would.  

  Starting this blog has been a huge passion of mine because I am a woman that wears many hats with many talents and I am constantly asked for beauty routines, skincare and hair advice, food recipes to DIY's and more! If there was a way for me to do or create something myself, I was the plug to get all the juice from which is why my blog is just a bundle of me!
