So there is this trend currently happening with cosmetic brands that the soft matte finish in foundations is the new "Big Thing." It's been currently used on the models on the runways of fashion week and it's heading to all of our favorite stores near you. 

I bet you're wondering, what's the difference between a soft matte finish and a regular matte finish? And why should I even care? A soft matte finish is going to be a finish that replicates the natural radiance of your skin.  It won't full out the skin, but will just appear as if "You woke up like this" type of appearance.

 Best For: On-the-Go Touch Ups and Spot Treating on the Face for a polished look. 

So what do I think of it?: 

This foundation is nice and is pretty great for if I just need something quick if I am running late or want a nice polished look without expecting major coverage.  This is perfect for the everyday girl who isn't trying to follow Instagram's makeup trends and just wants a nice pick me up.
